How do I sign-up for DocLynk?
  1. From our Sign-up page at https://www.doclynk.com, enter your First Name (given name), Last Name (surname), valid Email address (e.g. myemail.id@example.com) and your desired password and click on "Sign up for free" button.  Do remember to *read* "Privacy Policy" and "Terms and Conditions" of DocLynk and check (select) the checkbox signifying your acceptance of DocLynk's terms
  2. DocLynk sends you an email to the email address you had specified, requesting you to validate your email address
  3. Open you Email Inbox and look for an email from our DocLynk team, with the subject line "DocLynk Registration".  In that email's body, there would be a clickable link (URL), clicking on which would automatically validate your email address
  4. Once your email address is validated, you would be able to login to DocLynk.com, using "Login" section of DocLynk.com's main page.  If you need to learn more about how to use the "Login" section, please see the Help topic titled "How do I sign in into DocLynk".

How do I sign-in (login) into DocLynk?
  1. After you complete your "Sign-up" process for creating a valid account for DocLynk, you would be allowed to sign-in into DocLynk.com.  If you need to learn more about "Sign-up" process of DocLynk, please see the Help topic titled "How do I Sign-up for DocLynk"
  2. In the "Login" section of DocLynk.com main page, enter your email address used and verified during the intial verification process at sign-up and enter your password chosen during sign-up
  3. After entering Email ID (same as your user ID), click on "Login" button.  Checking "Remember Login" checkbox would save your DocLynk's user ID and password on the computer you are using.  If it is a public computer, please do not check this checkbox

How do I change my password for DocLynk?

The following is the procedure for changing your password:

  1. You need to login into DocLynk in order to change your password
  2. Once logged into DocLynk, click on the arrow / wedge icon at the top right side of the page. The drop down menu list shows an option "Change Password"
  3. Enter your old password, new password and confirm your new password and click "Change Password" button
  4. After verifying the data you entered, your password would be changed

I have forgotten my password to DocLynk. What do I do?

If you had forgotten your password to access DocLynk:

  1. Click on "Forgot Password" link on the main DocLynk page. Clicking on this link brings up a pop-up page "Forgot password"
  2. Enter your email ID used during initial registration process and click "Submit" button. Your password would be emailed to your email address.

NOTE: If you had forgotten your email address used during registration process, you need to call us or contact us via our contact form at https://www.doclynk.com/contactUs.php

What is DocLynk standard verification / authentication procedure?

DocLynk ensures that the medical practitioners (Doctors, Dentists and Medical Students) are authentic. In order to keep DocLynk 100% professional and private for Medical Practitioners (Doctors, Dentists and Medical Students), we follow a strict verification / authentication process to check the credentials and association with the medical industry. The following document(s) would be requested from our users to complete credential verification process:

  1. A copy of your Medical Registration Certificate issued by authorised Medical Council. You can send it by scanning the document, attaching it to an email and send it to verify@doclynk.com. You may also choose to fax it to our DocLynk office at our fax number +91 (040)75690 75850
  2. If you are a Medical Student and have not received your Medical Registration Certificate yet, please scan your Admission Letter from your medical college / university and email it as an attachment to verify@doclynk.com. You may also choose to fax it to our DocLynk office at our fax number +91-(040)75690 75850
  3. If you are a Medical Practitioner practicing or studying outside of India, please send an email to verify@doclynk.com from your medical school / organization's email address

What comprises of DocLynk "Jobs" section?

DocLynk attracts clinical and non-clinical job listings from India and Abroad. Using our "Jobs" section, you would be able to browse the available jobs and also apply for these jobs, provided your profile is 100% complete. The following are the features of "Jobs" section:

  1. "Job Listing" menu option lists all the jobs posted in DocLynk. Clicking on "Save" on the right saves the job under your account, for quick listing using "My Saved Jobs"
  2. "Post a Job" menu option is used to post a job into DocLynk
  3. If you are interested in searching jobs based on certain keywords, specialities, locations, countries, etc., you could use "Job Search" menu option. You may choose to save certain jobs for future reference using "Save" button in the "Job search results" page
  4. "My Saved Jobs" menu option lists all the jobs you had saved during job searches / job listings. You may choose to "Unsave" a job from this page, so that it does not show up on your "My Saved Jobs" page

DocLynk's "Events" section gathers up-to-date information of Medical Events and Conferences across the globe. The following are the menu options you have available in DocLynk's "Events" section:

  • "Event Listing" menu option lists all the Events and conferences posted in DocLynk and elsewhere. Clicking on "Save" on the right saves the event under your account, for quick listing using "My Saved Events"
  • "Post an Event" menu option is used to post an event into DocLynk
  • If you are interested in searching for events / conferences based on certain keywords, specialities, locations, countries, etc., you could use "Event Search" menu option. You may choose to save certain events / conferences for future reference using "Save" button in the "Event search results" page
  • "My Saved Events" menu option lists all the events you had saved during event searches / event listings. You may choose to "Unsave" an event from this page, so that it does not show up on your "My Saved Events" page

How do I give Feedback on DocLynk features?

DocLynk tries to continuously improve its content and functionality. Any feedback from you helps us to make DocLynk better and to add more value to our member community.

Attached to the right side of the window frame, there is a button titled "Feedback", clicking on which would show a pop-up page that accepts your feedback. Enter the values for the prompted fields and click "Submit" button. We receive your feedback and would contact you, if necessary.

How do I "Suggest a Feature" for DocLynk?

If you feel that a feature or functionality is missing in DocLynk, please feel free to suggest a feature, using "Suggest a Feature" button, attached to the right side of the window frame. Note that you need to be logged into DocLynk as a user in order to see this button.

Clicking on the "Suggest a Feature" button would show a pop-up page that accepts your suggestion. Enter the values for the prompted fields and click "Submit" button. We would receive your Suggestion immediately. DocLynk team would carefully evaluate your Suggestion and incorporate it into DocLynk, if needed. You may be contacted if DocLynk needs to get more information regarding your suggestion.
