2. Collect feedback from the participants at the end of each training/follow-up session and share it with the Senior Clinical Trainer, Clinical Training Specialist

4. Prepare monthly plans in consultation with Training Officers
Conduct post training follow-up, visit the facilities and spend two days at each facility after four weeks of the initial training to provide onsite individualized mentoring support to reinforce skills acquired during the training

Build rapport with facility teams (including the Medical Officer In-charge of Centers) and execute participatory, self-assessment exercises with the teams to analyze the situation and identify solutions in various aspects of Minilap tubectomy, Post-partum Minilap tubectomy, NSV, IUD, PPIUD and PA IUD service delivery

6. Facilitate team building and systems improvement and build a positive and enabling environment at the facilities
7. Undertake activities to facilitate the establishment of quality services according to the performance standards, at the supported facilities

8. Discuss and reinforce National guidelines and standards of care at the facilities

9. Perform case audits, observations and ask staff to demonstrate certain clinical skills to understand the competency needs of the teams

10. Collect data to the project in tracking progress of ensure quality of services at facilities during the follow-up support visit to doctors, staff nurses and ANMs.

11. Facilitate reflection, demonstrate and provide feedback with respect to provider patient interaction and environment in the facility

12. Keep up to date on technical approaches and programmatic priorities through self-study

13. Mentoring checklist filled during onsite visits

14. Participate in review meetings organized by EH team to share experiences and feedback with Training Officers to mobilize support from district officials in relation to supply, staffing, infrastructure, etc.

15. Prepare training reports, compile monthly reports and share them with Clinical Training Specialist
