1. MBBS from a Medical council of India recogonised college.
A.F.I.H Fellowship in industrial health conducted By D.G.F.A.S.L.I
2. Additional post graduate diploma will be a value addition.
3.Training in Basic and Advanced life support BLS and ACLS.
Experience (type of)
A minimum of 4 years of experience in industry Occupational health set up.
1. Emergency and occupational health delivery.
2. knowledge of English ,Tamil and Hindi.
3. Good bed side manners.
4. Basic computers
Provision of treatment for out patient and inpatient.
Provision of treatment for emergency patients.
Provision of treatment for injury cases.
Conduct shop floor risk assessment activity related to health.
Organize health promotional activity on regular basis.
Conduct pre employment, periodic health checks for employees
Liase with the management for proper functioning of health services
Maintain employee health matrix as per working zone requirements
Compliance for legal requirements as per factories act.
Data management, proper record keeping and timely communication to management for patient related information.
Maintain good interpersonal relations.
Health and hygiene audits and reporting.
The doctor should follow prescribed code of medical ethics.
Shouldnot engage in private practice unless approved by the management
Should demonstrate fairness to all.
The doctor shall not solicit or show vested interest in patient management.
The doctor will be liable for any cases of medical negligence and the onus will not be on the organization.
The doctor should demonstrate disicipline, good grooming practices and maintain punctuality.
