1). Master in Prosthodontics (with 4-5 years of experience) or BDS ( with 9-10 years of experience)
2). Master in Orthodontics (fresher or new graduate) and if experience in general dentistry then its an added advantage.
Knowledge of Dental Terminology.

Candidate who specialized in crowns, bridges,implant & aesthetic dentistry and dentures and other methods to replace missing teeth. Otherwise most of the job description details are similar to that of a dentist.
Should know the variety of equipment, including x-ray machines; drills; and instruments such as mouth mirrors, probes, forceps, brushes, and scalpels.
Should know to create molds and specify manufacturing specifications for the dental bridges and dentures they use to replace missing teeth.
Also this position is responsible for managing a team of staff: practice lead, patient registration coordinators, scheduling assistants, dental hygienists, dental assistants and dispensary assistants that support the overall operations of the clinic.
Specifically the Department of Prosthodontics.
The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing operational procedures to support the clinical operations and monitor and measure performance.
Patient scheduling to ensure high utilization rates across the clinics.
Monitors clinic performance by developing key metrics in areas such as scheduling, waiting times, phone statistics, no-show rates, back fill of cancelled appointments.
Promotes a culture of excellent customer service to patients, staff and residents.
Collaborates with supervisory and managerial staff to enhance patient care and clinic operations.
Candidate should be ready to relocate to Kampala minimum for two years.
