Ensuring Statutory compliance required for Hospital and Regular monitoring of updates
Setting goals and objectives of the functions in response to needs of the hospital, community and environment.
Effective administration of all operations.
Work with an individual department heads to reduce costs, streamline services or develop new services
Consult with other medical professional and non-professional staff in developing, establishing and implementing operational plans, policies and procedures in accordance with the generally acceptable professional ethics and within the framework of policies set out by the hospital.
Take collective responsibility for Corporate Governance of the hospital
Lead delivery of Performance targets
Provide strong leadership to the reporting team, ensuring that effective management and performance systems are in place through objective setting, appraisal, talent management review and developmental
Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations framed by the government or quasi government agencies, accrediting and affiliating bodies like university, medical council, etc., and as applicable to the hospital.
||Qualification: MBBS with Post-Graduate preferably with a Masters Degree in Hospital Administration. |
12+ years proven record of accomplishment and progressive experience in the field of Medical Administration, including at least 5 years in a senior position with similar functions at a reputed hospital of 200+ beds.
Administrative experience in Budgeting, Personnel and Staff development, Planning and Programming.
Experience in effectively representing hospital needs with an understanding of the broader economic demands that need to be balanced in a strong academic enterprise
Ability to interact, relate to work with, and support the activities of highly qualified, dynamic physicians as individuals and members of the organized medical staff
Thorough knowledge of modern management principles, practices, and processes
