The Job Description is as follows:
To take care of reporting between 12-8pm for Biochemistry, Immunoassay, Serology, Hemat and Clinical Path
To ensure timely (monitor TAT) and correct processing of samples in Hematology and Clinical Pathology.
Complaint handling & reducing complaints
Optimum Utilization of staff & equipment
To support Customer Care technically for queries, complaints, etc
To Periodically review the defined Quality indicators and plan improvement.
Responsible for the management & documentation of clerical, analytical, pre-analytical errors.
Ensure good clinical practices/ to handle quality assurance and quality control effectively.
Provide training to team on good laboratory practices.
Manage manpower in department with excellent leadership and man management skills.
Assure that the results reported are accurate.
