Position Title: Team Coach
Adhere To Service Level Agreements / Process Benchmark.
To Co-Ordinate With The Team Members To Achieve Targets.
To Follow The Instructions From Team Leader.
To ensure the team updates the notes in the comments section consistently and accurately to avoid wrong tasking.
To ensure proper guidance is provided to the floor staff on resolving the accounts.
To ensure that all the claims approaching the timely filing limit are worked on priority basis.
Ensure that any special projects are worked and reported on timely basis.
All client updates are reviewed with the team members and any queries arising from the same are taken to the respective stake holders.
To Follow the Norms required maintaining Quality Standards and cooperating with the QA Team during Audits.
To Attend Daily Team Briefings.
Proper Communication within the Team and Escalate the Related Issues to the Team Leader.
For Timely Resolution
Strictly Follow The SLA While Making External Communication.
Responsible To Achieve Targets As Per The Schedule.
Responsible For Optimum Utilization Of Data/Resources With Specified Benchmark.
Experience and Qualifications:
Must be an M.B.B.S Graduate.
Minimum 2 years of experience, should have team handling experience.
To assist the Team Leader with regards to training the new recruits.
Excellent typing, Good Communication Skills.
